Contacting support

Before requesting support, you will need to identify the most appropriate support team for yourself.

Local CADfix Expert - If your organization has a dedicated CADfix expert, this person should be your initial contact. They will understand your CADfix use-case and environment. They may well have already resolved your problem and will speak your local language.

CADfix Distributer – Your organization may have purchased CADfix through a local distributor or as part of a distributor’s own package. The distributor will understand your package and the interface requirements between them. If your organization purchased through a distributor, then you should contact them for support.

ITI CADfix Support Team – If your organization purchased CADfix directly from ITI, then please contact the support team using one of the following methods:

License code utility

To help identify machine information for CADfix licensing, we have made a licensing utility available. Visit the License Utility page where you gather the machine information needed to create a CADfix product license before emailing to works_supp@iti-global.com or eukeys@iti-global.com.
